UP News: Chief Minister in view of festivals in Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Held a meeting with senior officials. In this meeting, CM gave necessary guidelines. CM said that derogatory remarks against deities, great men or saints belonging to any caste, creed, sect or religion are unacceptable. However, the CM also said that anarchy in the name of protest will not be tolerated. People of all beliefs, religions and sects will have to respect each other.
The Chief Minister said that every citizen should have a feeling of gratitude towards great men, but it cannot be forced. It cannot be forcibly imposed on anyone. He said that if any person plays with faith, he will be brought under the ambit of law and punished severely.
CM said that anarchy in the name of protest is not acceptable. If anyone dares, he will have to pay the price. Deal strictly with those who act against the law.
Intensify patrolling of PRV 112- CM
He said that the safety and comfort of women and daughters should be ensured and all departments should work together. CM instructed the police to intensify foot patrolling and PRV 112 patrolling in crowded areas.
The Chief Minister directed the police administration to ensure that the festival of Sharadiya Navratri and Vijayadashami should be concluded with full joy, peace and cordial atmosphere. This will have to be ensured in every district and every police station. Identify those who spoil the environment and take strict action. Deal strictly with those who act against the law. Giving instructions to ensure women’s safety, the Chief Minister said that foot patrolling and PRV 112 patrolling should be intensified in crowded areas.
